Since everyone seems to want to split up my stuff which none of you have any right to even though I am banned (I still have the ability to appeal).
All my items, money, village, and anything else I own now belongs to knitefall.
This includes everything from jmonstruo also.
FYI this should be $4,530,214.77 from just the balances then all of atlantis, narnia, nether-narnia, all atlantis arena areas. Knitefall knows where my chests are but there should not be many lockettes to remove anyways as most of my regions where myself and real life friends only.

He has the right to appeal. No permaban is technically a permaban until the appeal is lost.

Well since he's giving away all his stuff I assumed he wasn't going to appeal. The point remains.
This isn't like someone who is leaving the server and wishes to give away their stuff. CJ was banned for acts against the server. His property is not his any longer, it is VC's (and thus VC's to distribute as it is seen fit).

I can still apreal, but no real point, but you all have no real reason to divide it up. ZOMGITZsam was on for about 3 days and dig gave him 1mil and you have not split up his stuff, and I had mentioned before about just putting it all in gold in a chest somewhere and the decision was just to leave it be. Also Troll__ lost none of his stuff when banned. So either way either it stays with my account or noone gets it by your stance then.

I agree. I don't think anyone should divide it up... but I also don't think Cj has the right to give it away if he is no longer a player

In a village. so they can't get it. Look around at some villages 7+months and not touched.

After 2 months it's abandoned (if you're the owner of said village and haven't been on) and can be sold.

I honestly don't have any problems with Knite getting it. It is a shitload of stuff (villages and money) and I don't think it should be frozen. When Rainy got banned, the server didn't keep the stuff and Cay kept some of it because Rainy gave it to her. I am gonna ask Ako but I think Knite should at least get the money.

Well there are plenty of 7+ month villages people have wanted to buy and it was not allowed so no even after 2 months.

The POINT I am trying to make is that you are not a member of the server any longer and I think you should not have any right to say where your stuff/money goes. I'd be happier to see it frozen.

Here are some things that are clear to me though:
Server quality has degraded since CJ stopped being a server admin.
Some admins and moderators abuse their power, air is the biggest offender.
There has been a disagreement between Cj and some other admins or something (I am guessing air again).
The attitudes of those involved are getting worse
So guys really just let go of your proverbial dicks and calm down. As they say don't burn your bridges.

Server "quality" as in lag/etc? That's due to us being pushed to update to 1.4.6, several of the plugins are still not stable. Other than that, same people are playing, and enjoying themselves on the server.
Abuse of power has been reported but once the situation is looked at it has been cleared.
The disagreement is due to the vast betrayal of trust that CJ did to the other admins/mods.
Our attitudes are worse because we've been harassed by CJ ever since he was removed from staff, finally to the point of banning him.

That is just not true, I tried to distance myself from the case since the problem with CJ started so please don't assume if you don't know shit about it.

Also that vast betrayal of trust because I put a way for me to still help the server in case something did happen like the server getting hacked again (which has not happened since I took over the back end btw).
Also just because I was no longer on staff does not mean I don't know what was right and wrong for you to do. So instead of before where I went to the staff member I went public because I was just being disregarded when I directly talked. So how would you feel if something you helped a ton and set up watching the rules we set for ourselves to protect the longevity of the server be broken.

We updated to 1.4.6 because if we hadn't we'd still be waiting. Instead, we listened to the PLAYERS who wanted the update and have got it running (and quite well lately).
No one is disregarding what you did do for the good of the server. However, what you did for YOURSELF was the problem. The server is doing just fine.
Now, this thread has gone completely off topic. I'm going to await Ako's decision.

Dude, the server is not dying or going to die for A VERY LONG TIME, I don't care what happens, I'm not leaving nor am I letting it die and I will do what ever I can to stop it from dying, so if you want it dead or try to make it dead, you will have a hard time trying get through me first.
