People who obey the rules have nothing to fear from having something on their 'record'. Regardless, unless something is completely stricken from the record - which is usually only done in recent cases of punishment appeal - the log will remain as is. We do not remove records of douchery or grief just because someone says sorry.
Just do the right thing going forwards and no one will have any issues. :)

the real reason i am doing this is because ako wouldn't let me join his new beaustiful village because of it. and that made me sad. :'( plus the 1 time that there was grief on my record was an accident!
It's not just because of your grief record, but you also have the tendency to use lava in a no PVP zone, regardless of staff warnings not to, when things don't go exactly your way right away. Personally, I wouldn't want to be in a village with someone who has the ability to do that and has a record of doing it.
Just my two cents.

2. Don't EVER use lava in no PvP zones. Bad things will happen.
3. Don't let them in if they will kill your animals or iron golems.

Your village is a no-PVP zone. I don't give two flying fucks if you own it or not. If someone won't leave, have a staff member handle it. If no staff members are on, continue to ask the person to leave and take screenshots of any wrong doing they do.
Anyway, I can't trust you as far as I can throw you (virtually and physically) so there's no saying whether you'd do that if someone entered your house legally and you wanted to pitch a bitch about THAT.
