PARLIAMENT VOTE #05
An Act To Completely Remove The Plugin "MCMMO" From VillageCraft

If this act passes, the plugin "MCMMO" will be removed from VillageCraft entirely.
If the 'alternate' passes, then MCMMO will remain, but the combat aspects will be removed.
Note: This vote is taking place simply because we never voted on adding the plugin in the first place, despite some people not wanting it. This is your chance to remove it. This does not mean the Admins dislike MCMMO, this is only to give the MPs a voice.

This vote will run until about 2:00 PM, June 6th, 2012 (Eastern Standard Time). 120 hours Total. Update: Vote extended for more debate.
All Members of Parliament may vote.
For the act to pass, a majority of voting MPs must vote in favour.

Update: Alternate Vote Passed.


NOTICE: Prior to adding an alternate vote option, the votes were 6-3 in favour of removing MCMMO.

Personally I am a little OCD about being on top of charts so having this gives me another things which I been grinding and personally combined with World of Warcraft having a new expansion coming out soon I would like to sleep.

Also for pvp Being a higher level makes you hit so damm hard (4.5-6.5 hearts via my fist on unarmed people). And I personally don't like dieing in an opener or from one arrow (up to 25hearts at full power pre enchant > 2 Hit kill full diamond armor)

I would be fine in keeping it if we remove the PVP side of it (axes, swords, unarmed, bows) and left the non combat ones out. That way new players at least have a chance on PVP combat.

I vote, KEEP IT!
This plugin is extremely fun and useful, but don't remove the pvp stuff, (affect player vs enviorment will suffer aswell) . I vote we should just leave it alone and instead of REMOVING we ADD more plugins. If we want more people coming we need plugins more similar to this, read my post about plugins 4 air.

I like the double drop from mining but other then that I am not really getting anything out of it. From wut ppl are saying about the pvp stuff tho makes me think we should get rid of it or just the pvp part if possible. I am surprised this hasn't become an issue yet.

I will hold off my vote until this is talked about some more.

And for PvE aspect not like fighting mobs is hard.

Also to reiterate Ill change my vote from Remove to Keep if we turn of the Combat skills.

Removing the combat IA removing the hole plugin. Mcmmo is about fighting pvp and pve

I don't see why you can't at least have half instead of it all gone? I live mcmmo in ways but at same time me being able to walk up to a new  player and one shot him is not right. I never like the idea of one shotting players random mobs ok people no.

thats what mcmmo does? lol its the hole point of it, also only reason why is cause of that hidden spawner D: u have, its making you level up faster. your acutally the only person on the server who can do a one hit kill with a fist lol, your just describing urself. (dont get mad at me)

Still waiting on those essays and second wonder going to do this like a real congress and compromise/join up to get a little of what we want. As if I have to ill switch my vote to fully remove to keep it from fully staying. Think people on the side of Keep it all at the end if one vote will still make the difference (as tied as I'm saying this) then switch to keep at least half so you still get some of what you want. Unless your really that suborn of keep it all or its no good.

And now that your making your own grinder your really not going to want to remove it because you have a place to grind levels but be warned I am a good shot with a bow and I do like watching you guys build and see how your trying to do it.

Hello Today I shall persuade you to keep the plugin "Mcmmo". Nah no really gonna right an essay ;P.

We should ask the members themselfs about either the YES OR NO not the alternative since it isnt tied up.

You should make it so when a vote ties you ask the server members who arent mps to choose.

If not KEEP IT if you remove it the nonmps are gonna get PISSED!

This is no longer valid. We usually only do a time limit on votes now because some MPs no longer play very much/ dont play at all.
I removed the time limit on this one because there was so much debate.

I vote to keep it complete.  Leave as-is.

Maybe it's just me, but pvp here is a side thing, not a main draw so the combat aspect is good for PvE.

ALTERNATE VOTE PASSED:

If possible, MCMMO's combat aspects will be removed or disabled to a point that you can never level up to them.
We may have to reset MCMMO stats for everyone in order to do this.

If this is not possible, we will re-vote.

Depends on which parliament style we follow, but it is a good idea as not everyone who voted keep non combat wants to remove it all.

I been part of parliamentary style debates and I swear 90% of it is getting the order and votes with 9% being repeated stuff and only 1% new info. Why I hate parliament.

All i wanted was the combat aspects removed because of the PVP consequences but after seeing this it means we can still have the combat aspects but not in PVP play.  If we could have this as a revote as it may have people change options I don't know I like it better.

Well getting mobcatcher will make it easier to get them from the wild and bring them to villages but it alos gives us a opportunity to sell the se eggs to villages and players for a small profit.

IF i could vote, i would %100 say remove it, since I get tons of people complaining to me about mccmo problems and shit that is rigged or cheap. I say remove .... if i could lol
