Does anybody know where the nearest End portal is to Qualia???

Of course! Behind the nether temple, although it's covered right now, kinda like a stronghold. Just a few rooms. I hope some admin will just break the dirt so we can go in it again.. :(

 There is a way to remove the dirt... You just need to look around

I'm pretty sure there's a warp. Do /warp to see all warps accessible to you.
