This is for people who don't know how to downgrade Minecraft
(Windows 7)

If you don't have a file saying yesterday then click on a file where you had 1.5.1. This could be last week or something.
(Windows 7 and 8 )
http://www.mod-minecraft.org/minecraft-jar-download/
Press For MC 1.5.1: Client and it will download instantly
Go to Start search bar
Write %appdata% and press Roaming
Press .minecraft
press Bin
Delete minecraft.jar or minecraft
Put the downloaded file there and your ready to play!
NOTE: make sure minecraft is closed the whole time. If you want to update again then delete all the files in .minecraft and minecraft.exe itself then download everything again from Minecraft.net
Hope this works :D !

Also, just for future reference, there is a program called MultiMC that I use that let's you have multiple versions of minecraft. Usefull if you play with snapshots or different versions like this, or with mods regularly like I do.
Anyway, for those who want it here is a link:

I just noticed that 1.5.2 is a very small list of a few bug fixes and that's it. No horses, no nothing. Lame.

The next major minecraft patch will come with a new launcher that lets you choose game versions. It can even let you choose modded versions. It's a step towards a full mod API.

This is a meh way. All you do is download mvc ( like 5 seconds ) and then choose version and hit change...

I used to use MVC, but I downloaded WinRAR (an unzipper) so it auto opens with that... Couldn't find the right program to open with.

Actually, that supports all snapshots including 1.5.1 and 1.5.2, so you could use that if you wanted...

I dislike MultiMC and that's why you shouldn't use it.
