Title: Claiming village: 'Little Hollow'

I was wondering if an admin could come on and make sure there are no active owners in this village and set a price to let me claim it. From what I have seen there are no active members.

The owner hasn't been on in six months, and the members even longer. Like a year.
So I'm sure claiming it will be an option.
