Hey everyone!
I am sure that many of you will have heard of a group of YouTubers called Mindcrack. They were the ones that helped out Mojang in the 2.0 prank and include people like Etho, Kurtjmac, Zisteau, Guude, PauseUnPause, BdoubleO, VintageBeef, Anderzel, Mhycol and about 20 more.
Well getting back to my point, they do an event every fee weeks called Ultra Hardcore. It is basically where you are all spawned into a new world at random locations within a 2000x2000, and have to fight to the death to be the last man standing. However if you take damage, you cannot regain that unless you eat a golden apple, which requires ingots not nuggets to make. It is really tense but fun to watch!
I was thinking that maybe we could have an UHC event in the near future on VillageCraft, as it would be fun for everyone to get involved in. (Maybe Star and Kovos could come back to record it for their YouTube??) I personally think it would be good to get a large group of people on the server together for a game like this, and maybe it could become a regular thing?
To the admins:
I know you may be thinking "How would we do this?" Well, you can get the UHC bukkit plugin from here (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/ultra-hardcore/). You may also be thinking "It would be unfair for those already with fancy armour!" Well, you could temporarily create a new world for this, and backup the old one, or use multiverse for a UHC world, so those who don't want to play or loose can still play VC after they die. Also, as people are leaving the server lots recently, don't you think something like this to draw people together would benefit us all? As always I would be more than happy to help with any setting up or organising you need!
So this is just a post to see what you all think, as I think it is a good idea for the server to do, but maybe you could consider it!

I have a huge glass wall-off section of VC just for such an event. Sounds kinda like hunger games, sounds fun.

Yeah seems pretty good but there would be a few problems like when you die you get banned but this could be fixed using the multiverse plugin which would of course mean we could create a world for UHC and one for regular VC. The Multiverse plugin could also mean that the UHC events would be more frequent thus meaning that it wouldn't be a great big deal if you missed it (you could also get something like the hunger games plugins where new matches start every 30 minutes+). Anyway, I think it would be a good idea to get the Multiverse and UHC.

Hey! Not meaning to sound impatient but I was just wondering if you guys had decided on if this will soon be happening, and if it is how soon?
Also, again not meaning to sound impatient, any news on how MultiVerse and/or other plugins are coming along? If you ever have any problems with testing these things, feel free to give me a shout. I don't bite!

To be honest, I am currently feeling extra lazy and I forgot everything I knew about Multiverse, lol. I will take another look at your list though and I will consider the plugins. Multiverse is too much of a hassle right now though :D

Ok, I checked the list. I really like Craftbook, Backpacks++ for donors and MCLotto. I've used Craftbook and I liked it. I'll show Craftbook and Backpacks++ to Ako and I will add MCLotto some time today.
