Apparently I still have some of my PR perms so I tried /mute and apparently it worked. He was rather annoying and knew he was spamming and did it intentionally. Boylink came on but by that time he was already muted. I notified him I would post this report. Thank you

I tempbanned him for 5 days. He lied about not doing it and told me he was griefing while he was muted.
