Time occurred: 15th July - Unsure
Location: Outlands

Brief summary of what happened:
Chest stolen (private signs placed on them) + Iteams stolen

Not sure about open chest in outlands with active owner rules.

Unlocked chests are always fair game. That's why we have lockette :p

The guy seemed really upset , I think he may of been new and not know about lockette or maybe hadn't had time to add the signs.

Manifest5 was permabanned earlier for grief to my spawner... 4th time he griefed me.

Well if he trys to appeal thats one more reason why his appeal should fail.
