Title: tobycan grief report

accused player: tobycan
affected: legokidtg
location: region named 'cloud city'
brief summary: i saw a newer player was saying in chat he was griefed but was being ignored so i took a look for him, the grief is small but grief is grief :P by the looks i'd assume he broke in next to the door and stole the carpet..

I dont know whats happening in the town now since im in school... wont be bck till tommarrow  :'(
