Title: Permissions Issues: No permission to warp + Random Tag

Hi. Approximately, starting from the morning (for me). The server has been suffering a few problems in permissions and now tags.

A lot of people have been saying they no longer have permission to /warp market and all the other warps. (I can still warp myself probably because of having a file in minigame world.)

And pegacorndoesmc now randomly has a [Guest] tag.

My only guess is that when Noket did some work with the permissions, like making a seperate permissions file for the minigame world. Something went wrong.
