Title: Online Staff.

Right guys, I've noticed that when there's quite a few people online (Including staff) people won't seem to ask the [SM]'s or [M]'s if there's a problem, but as soon as the [A]'s login, everyone jumps on their case.
Don't be afraid to ask any staff member that's online if there's a problem, chances are if that staff member doesn't know, they'll contact another member that's not currently on.
