Title: NOTICE - Server Updates

Hello,

We've released 3 new updates today:

1: Oak has been fixed. He actually only lasts for 10 seconds now, which counts down. He also tells you how much time you have to wait until you can teleport. When you're killed, Oak no longer prevents teleportation.

2: Chat Bubbles. Say something in public chat, and a little bubble pops over your head for 5 seconds. Useful to chatting with close friends while the server is busy. If you need to break a bubble on your head, simply left-click.

3: Peace Agreements. This (once fully tested) will completely replace "nokill".

• /peace ::: Shows how many contracts you're actively involved in.
• /peace [name] (time minutes)::: Sends a peace agreement contract to another player. Time is optional.
• /peace accept ::: Accept the most recent peace agreement sent to you.

All of these I have developed with Daverator and Luis. They still have bugs (As all code is bound to), please report them as you find them (screenshots would be helpful).
