Title: No cool down.

After a non-vip teleports, there's a thirty second cooldown before the next teleport. For some reason I don't have this cooldown so Ako told me to report bugs and such on the forums so other staff members can see.

Hey Livid, I've got an answer for you:

This has been intentionally removed by Noket.

The reason is that it was an unneeded hindrance.
