yeah so idk what happened but i got on the server for the first time in like 6 months and i cant do or say anything. it wont let me use any commands or say anything in chat or break/build anything in my village. i dont know if yall are messing with me or if this is a legitimate bug or something but whatever it is please try to fix it for ya boi cole.

I can verify this, he also changed his username so that may have something to do with it.

It could be a case that hasn't been caught, especially if you haven't logged in for a while. It's possible some plugin somewhere messed up and didn't notice you'd changed your name. I'm thinking if you changed your name at the right time, you might have slipped through the converter when we switched from GM to PEX

I was kinda right. Your perms seemed to be applied to your old name, but not your uuid. I think we changed the name of the perms for $1 donors, which managed to break it when it converted to your new name.
It's all fixed now. Sorry about that!
