Title: Server Difficulty

This Act states that the server difficulty of 'Hard' is now defunct and a relic of a bygone era of the tyrannical rule of the STP. Therefore, Parliament's Most Loyal Opposition requests a new referendum on the server difficulty citing:

A.)

I. The current server difficulty being a relic of the STP era, now repealed;
II. Causing great difficulty to new players;
II. Causing the spawning of an excessive amount of mobs, causing a stagnation in village growth.

B.)

I. The richest of VC do not understand the woes of the average village-dweller as they live sheltered in mob-protection havens;
II. The richest of VC not having to deal with 'joining vc' woes.

I disagree, I honestly don't notice that many mobs, and the ones I do notice seems like a fine amount.
