Title: Should this board be open?

Should this Parliament board be open to anyone? So anyone can discuss things in Parliament.
Only MPs could vote in the polls.

Thoughts?

I personally think that allows everyone to talk would and get their thoughts out is a good idea. Letting only select people from each village is annoying but it is one of the benefits of being for a village (or donating). Also with a select group of people voting we are more likely to have a majority.

I believe they should be allow to reply to a thread but not creating threads and no voting.

I can keep it the way it is, I can limit them to only replies (no new topics or votes), or I can let them make topics and not vote.
Since most people want it to stay the same, I'm not changing it unless you guys want me to.

You know what? I'm doing it. Every player should have a say.

Only MPs can CREATE threads, and VOTE in polls.

Any player, however, may respond to threads.
If it's worth it, I'll let them create threads too.
