I have an Idea but not really sure how to word it. Basically what I'm thinking is that whenever someone pays the 5k for a village or pays for anything like that, It goes into the Villagecraft account, then we can use that account as like a community money pot thing. and if someone needs some $ to build somthing or to supply things for a town they can make a request and if staff think its good then they get the money. not really sure how good this idea is, but it just came to mind and thought id write it down

With pretty much the sole exception of the $5000 for villages, all other money collected should go to the account for things like you're saying.
We generally let the $5k go straight to the staff as a little thank you. In modern VC, 5k is pennies for most people, I know, but that was the old thinking.
Staff can choose to send the 5k to the Villagecraft account. All other payments, like the 100k mob protection payment, should already be going there. Using this money to fund things like events, prizes, building projects, etc, is a good idea.

I really like Shen's idea, I think it could help. Maybe we could split the money and give 2.5k to staff, and the other 2.5k to the villagecraft account? Just a thought.

Might not have to be village money, but there is a lot already in the account, maybe we could just use that to help players afford blocks or to buy something. I do like the idea of if a player wants to host an event they can get staffs approval and use the money from the account instead of their personal.

Or we could lower the sell price of pumpkins to .10 c

If they lowered the price of pumpkins to ".10 c" each... My base would be useless useful.
