Formal Draft for Senate Vote #3: BottledExp

With the passing of this legislation, the following will occur:

- BottledExp will be added to the server, allowing players to store their exp in bottles for use later.

This is the current wording proposed by Speaker Legend.

This vote was started by Speaker Legend and Senator Shensley.

A majority of Senators must approve this vote in order for it to move forward to the next stage, Staff Approval.
