Title: Brewery Plugin Draft

Would anyone like anything in particular to be added to the draft for the brewery plugin? This is what I have so far:

Formal Draft for Senate Vote #4: Brewery

With the passing of this legislation, the following will occur:

- Brewery will be added to the server, allowing players to brew alcoholic beverages.

This is the current wording proposed by Speaker Legend.

This vote was started by Speaker Legend and Senator Allison

A majority of Senators must approve this vote in order for it to move forward to the next stage, Staff Approval.
