Parliament Vote #28: Brewery

With the passing of this legislation, the following will occur:
- Brewery will be added to the server, allowing players to brew custom alcohol
This vote was initiated by senate nominations from Speaker Legend and Senator Allison.
Staff approval from: [SM]Cbddallas, [M]Namoi, [SM]KingNurtul, and [A]Yvette.
If "yes" is majority, Brewery will be added to the server.
If "no" is majority, the plugin will not be added.
All Members of Parliament may vote.
For the act to pass, a majority of voting MPs must vote in favor.
If you are indifferent, please abstain.

Since this has passed long ago, I feel an update would be nice.. This is being worked on slowly but surely, to make sure its something more so unique to VC, We're taking our time with it so please continue to be patient as everyone has ;)
