VillageCraft is turning 10!
In December 2021, VillageCraft turns ten! In honor of such an amazing milestone, we are busy planning an unforgettable month of celebrations, and we need everyone’s help for this particular one.
As anyone who has joined the server can tell, we celebrate new players. Everything from a chorus of “welcome”, to offers of aid and friendship. We have always accepted and embraced the changing and constantly evolving nature of our server, but for this one special day we want to celebrate our past players.
December 8, 2021 will be VC Alumni Day! All former players are invited to come back for a special day celebrating our past, and to participate in one of VC’s most iconic events - that’s right, Community Art. Much like our player base, Community Art has at times been controversial and yet is always both memorable and ever-changing.
For this one day, Community Art will be wiped clean and restored to a blank slate, so that players new and old can work together to make a memorial artwork. At the end of the event the map will be locked and copies made before the current map is restored. Copies of that artwork will be available in the library after the event for anyone who wants one.
