See the first quote in my post above. You entered on the forums to monitor your post. Second of all, you cannot take your donation back. I am pretty sure it is stated that all transactions are final.

You were killed in a PVP area and although that might've been a dick move it's completely legit
Do you understand the definition of a Donation? A donation is a gift, you are not purchasing a service and therefore you cannot just request it to be returned.
Sorry if I should'nt be posting here. People who think they have special god given right to bitch and moan and those who believe the server owes them something really grind my gears big time.

Sorry to hear those things, but you'll find PVP on a great deal of other servers. There are plenty of protected areas for you to reside in, and you can get your town protected as well.
And i will try take my donate back.
This is literally impossible. Donations are 100% non-refundable, and you agreed by donating that you would never get your money back in the event of dissatisfaction. It is a risk you have to be prepared to take, and one that you did take when you donated.
I will make all of them.

Again, you may make your departure if this is the case, but your insults and bad behavior in response to being PVP'ed is hardly something to be upset about. Please, do leave if you so choose - such anger and upset is not necessary here.

After reviewing presented remarks and questioning those involved, as well as witnesses, it has been determined that the report consists of nothing more than a complaint about legitimate PVP activity.
Cil, for further reference, PVP is allowed in the outlands. You are allowed to kill anyone not in a protection area, and they can kill you and take your items, and not get in trouble. You can't get your items back by a mod, you'll have to kill the person who killed you in order to get them back.

If you're not smart enough to get/read the rules and cry about something like this i am not sad to see you go, but have fun on another server :~).
Also if your statement is true it is kind of impossible to even help you... Not going to go on the forums or server tell you get your items? How exactly are we suppose to give them to you if we were going to, which we are not?

I'm not sure why people are still posting here, as this has been handled already... Cil didn't properly understand the rules due to a language barrier, which is not really something we could have anticipated. It's been resolved, so there's not really a need for the continued hostility.

Excuse me? This post is pointless... If someone takes your items in PVP, suck it up and get back out there and fight.. or if you are not into PVP, then stay in Non-pvp zones.. it is not hard at all. This post is nothing but a slap in the face for people who handle the server, and clearly you do not get what this server is about. Good day to you sir.
