10th Community Minister of VillageCraft

Official vote here.

The Community Minister organizes community events to run on the server. The CM can also join new Senate Sessions and certify Simple Parliament Votes.

The candidate with the most approval votes wins. You can vote for whoever you like (including more than one). You must be a Member of Parliament on the forum to vote. This election will run for 7 days, if the election is tied a run-off election between the highest voted candidates will take place.

For the candidates running, why should I vote for you for CM of our server? What ideas do you have? This will help me make my choice

Hello all! My name is SarahGolem and I am running for the 10th CM seat. If I become CM one thing that I would love to implement is celebrating birthdays/special occasions (Minecraft wedding anniversary, Friendaversary). Second,  I would also love to create events surrounding the awesome plugins and games we have on the server. These are such a fun part of VC but some people have no idea that they exist. Third, I would love to create events that show off the holidays.  People enjoy celebrating the holidays with friends, why not on minecraft. I for one also enjoy learning about new holidays along the way. By creating these events it allows for that opportunity. Lastly, I would love to bring back Village Showcases. The people of villagecraft are amazing builders. They spend hours/days on their villages. Each village created is unique and has their own story to be told. In closing, I want to create events that celebrate our community and bring us closer together. If you have any questions please reach out to me. Thank you!

Hey, it's Day!

I want to host fun events to restore the community and bring back players as we get ready for the 1.20 update!

There are a lot of different events that I was hoping to plan throughout a CM term such as many different minigames, seasonal events, and general events we've done before such as build comps. The goal for these events is to create inclusion and collaboration between all kinds of players so that we can get along better as a community on VC. My hope is that this will make people want to stay and come back to our server.

I have been active on VC for a long time and I know that I'll devote a lot of time to regularly create exciting events! :)
