-
where is this?
and what building/village is it at?
-
Wait, i know that thing!!
Its Fucking abandon in the fucking wilderness
-
It's not abandoned, the player was last seen not even a week ago.
-
well, is he pressing charges?
-
if he has not been on for a 3 weeks, that really seems like the player has left the server or something
and i would like to talk to him please
-
No, he isn't, someone else showed it to me.
Let's look at this.

You broke down those blocks, he fixed it, then you broke them again--neither times putting them back.
And three weeks isn't grounds for inactivity.
-
Well, i didnt know and you can ask my freind he was with me ( un6rokenbuilder)
-
Not knowing doesn't excuse griefing.
You shouldn't touch shit that isn't yours.
-
well, considering that you can salvage in the outlands that really screws up alot of things, for one, my friend and were both salvaging and he even thought that it was abandon.

Five days is not abandoned. Also that was built five days ago does not mean he is not using it. Everyone has access to Logblock there is no excuse for saying you thought it was abandoned besides your stupidity to check.
-
People need to do better jobs than building right next to the spawn then, I was salvaging his base thinking it was abandon.
I am sorry for griefing him, and if you see him, ask him if there is a penalty beisides ban i can pay
-
Well, if he never comes back on, am i still banned?
-
Greystone Estates is right next to spawn.
You need to do a better job of checking things before you decide to destroy
-
This was near Pirate's Grove I think
-
Doesn't matter where
You still griefed it
Note: unless you are appealing a punishment, please don't post in someone else's appeal unless you have evidence or information that would make your intervention worthwhile. We don't need comments or opinions, unless we ask for them. Evidence and information is okay. Intervening with irrelevant posts that are not important to the appeal may result in an immediate forum temporary ban. Please, though, post useful information, observations, and interpretations if they add to the thread.

When you did the grief he still be considered active. Even if he does not come back you still griefed him when he was considered active.
Now here in a week or so he would be considered inactive then it would be alright to destoy his stuff, but the time of the offence was more then a week ago and from then it was only a week after he built it. Hell durring the school year there are many times I will go and only play on weekends or every now and then not log so I be offline two weeks.
-
So...
I am...
Banned forever.....
-
Note: we generally wait about 2 months before we determine someone inactive.
Jan showed that some of the blocks you broke were placed there 5 days before you griefed them.
THEN, and this part is interesting, someone filled in the grief with a new block the very same day, and a week later you came back and griefed it AGAIN.
How do you possibly consider it abandoned in this case?
-
Well, i do go salvaging in the outlands a lot and all i know is that i didn't greif it on purpose
-
You keep spewing excuse after excuse but none of it excuses you.
-
Well, okay since none of my excuses are working...
Goodbye VC this has been the server I have played the most on, next to Savage-Realms. I will miss this server a lot. I guess it's back to Savage-Realms.
BTW, If my friend gets on, can an admin give him my stuff?
