Title: CJ does mean things for no reason

CJM keeps on muting me for no reason.
someone framed me that i killed the mushroom cows in their town so i say "no i didnt" every time they said something.
about 10 mins into the argument CJ mutes me for 20 mins.
when 10 mins were over he added 10 mins.
finally i said: /nick CJ_mutes_me_for_no_reason.
about 10 secs later the chat says: "your /nick is now ~no".
one that happens i get banned for an hour.
CJ you gotta keep your shit together.

Arize, you forgot to mention that you were being a general douche and not heeding Admin instructions. You are not the only player on this server, and you do not have the right to ruin the experience for everyone else.

Being uncooperative with Admins tends to get you muted at the very least.

I had to mute you minutes after the server came back up because you were being uncooperative again. I have unmuted you on the promise of you behaving yourself.

I would recommend you being a bit more polite, and enjoy the privilege of playing on the server.

and failed to mention lieing to the PR about what you said and what occurred to that.



Also I was not the one that changed your nick. Cayrat did that as I was typing the tempban for you being a douche and continuing to not listing to any of the staff or PR.

Although I know Arize tends to be demanding and tends to spam the chat, I will have to see the chat logs to be fair.

I request to see the logs from 6:30 - 7:00 EST. (send it to me via Skype if you can)

Edit: We already cleared the mushroom thing. You ignored all of us and continued to say "no I didn't" even after we cleared you.

After reading the chat logs, I have come to a decision.

First of all, Arize, you admitted to your own crime:

This does not help your case in the least.

Second of all, you lashed out at Runek with no provocation; that doesn't fly on this server. Third of all, you were spamming via /m. Fourth, you were, from what I have heard, rapidly changing your nick.

You then do not wait for my ruling and make a post in the General section when it should have posted it here.... in less angry manner.

The first mute was for being rude to Rune for no apparent reason.
The second mute was for spamming /m and nicks.
The tempban was for not heeding the mutes and warning.


Final Verdict:
Punishment stands.
