Ban/Punishment Appeals / i was jailed

Ive been jailed for a few months now and haven appealed because i have been busy. i believe the issue was i harvested netherwart from greystone on brains farm. i was harvesting them with intention on planting them back. due to a family emergency i had to log out and take care of some business and never got the chance and by thetime i had come back on minecraft a wekk or two later i was jailed. With no admin online i logged out and went about my business elsewhere not on minecraft. i am ready to start playing regularly again and would appreciate being unjailed

i tried both warps and they say "you do not have access to that warp" i am gold VIP so i would assume i would have access unless it is mod/admin only and there is no way any normal player has access to it *cough* ^^^^^ *cough*

Then the "don't be a douche" rule should not be in place. If you are referring to freedom of speech as stated in the constitution, it is freedom of speech, but you cannot discriminate. That takes away someone else's right as a free individual. Just a thought

This has nothing to with swear words. Like was said above if a new players first impression is a bunch of people arguing are they going to stick around? Most likely not. It's not an issue with me ecaude I have neer been in an argument with knitefall but there have been players that have been offended. One in particular that made me decide to post this. I understand that you all don't get it, but a few players have been offended. I will let people know from now on how to join the forums so they can raise an issue themselves.

i would appreciate if someone could check the chat logs, i battled dominator in the arena and we agreed no potions just swords and armor. we were fighting a good fight until i heard him drink a potion then kill me almost right away. if he would have fought the battle fair i would have agreed when he said he plays for keeps after he killed me. but because of the fact that he cheated, i do not agree with this at all. i would appreciate staffs help ASAP because i had expensive Protection IV armor and Knockback II sharpness IV sword. fairly expensive enchants. check the chat logs or do what you have to do. because after i raised the fact that i was going to write this report, dom and noah (friends im guessing) decided they were going to say that i agreed to keeps before we fought, and that we never said no potions AND that i drank a potion so it was "fair" this all happened between 2:30 and 2:55 CST. i know thats sort of a wide window but im on a mac computer and am not sure how to screenshot just yet. and didnt document times. help would be appreciated as soon as possible

I have noticed that there are certain people in particular that have an attitude, or are rude to other players, and it just ruins the whole environment of the server. One of these players is [T] and gold [VIP] a player that most people should look up to. One that should be a positive role model for new players. But he is not. I don't feel like i should put any names public just yet but i have a feeling most of you know the person being talked about.. just a concern of mine that i think should be addressed. Let me know what you all think.

no islid, you can call chat logs, but im not denying speaking in pub chat. just says most was private. and yes this is my first offense. and as i said, i will pay a fine or take a punishment if it is decided that. just waiting on for sure punishment so i can do what needs done

my words to you were in /msg mostly. i told you that i farmed there, and may have accidentally broken a few clocks, which what i said is reported here. a few blocks of dirt and cobble. i did in fact kill mindmann and he did get angry, (JANUARYJONES witnessed the act through chat) i do have a terrible short term memory. i am not one to cause an issue or grief. so i still plea accidental. Yet i do have respect for authority and will take any punishment thrown at me if it is relatively fair. the first time the said "griefing" happened i came upon the village while exploring, as i didnt notice any signs declaring it an active village i had broken a few blocks. Dont ask me why because i dont remember. But yesterday i came upon the village again and mindman told me to leave and attacked me. naturally i defended myself and killed him. it is the outlands so i am allowed that much freedom. as i said, yesterday i farmed stuff from there, unaware if it is "legal" i take full responsibility for things posted and i will tell you, i harvested some wheat, pumpkin, sugar cane, and possibly melon. this is all i have to say.. make your decision based on how you see things.
