Won't return them, I never said no kill. Never agreed to no kill. Personal reasons behind the kill, don't worry you'll get over it in a month or two.
I don't consider people with diamond armour "noobs". If I had reason to believe I was being teamed, I have the right to be proactive.
I didn't tp kill your "noob" she wasn't hidden on map- clearly had full armour which I returned.
As far as being banned for breaking a no kill agreement, I am pleading not guilty, as I never said no kill nor agreed to any such thing.
As far as I can tell, the "ok then" is clearly in reference to there being no kill even stated among the two players in question, whereas all previous encounters with the aforesaid players has never warranted "no kill" being said.
Simplified: We never said no kill to each other, so I took the "no kill" gesture as being a declining of my teleport. Clearly there was some level of suspicion among the player, but I did not explicitly say "no kill" nor meant it.
Another example of such language use:

Accused of: Stealing a village of which I was a member, having the old region removed and a new one created where he was the owner. I was a member of the original village and was never questioned about it.

I have just discovered that hobbes has claimed a village of which I was previously apart. I was member of the original village and was never alerted or questioned. Apparently the old region has been removed and a new one placed around the village. He has broken the locks taken the contents of the chests.

You can use remotes to access your chest from another place, known as remote disc access. You must place a hopper above the chest and place the remote in the hopper to link the remote. You can then right-click the remote anywhere to access the contents of the chest.
There is a short learning curve with this plugin, but it is usable.

My inventory, enderchest and xp in the main survival world cleared after I teleported to qualia from vcgames world. I relogged, no change. I used a gamemode survival sign to be certain, no change. As far as my inventory is concerned, armour, sword and bow are the only things valuable enough to be worried with. Luckily I did not have my tools on hand!
Hopefully a kind soul will replace the following
Diamond Sword Name 刀 enchants: sharp5 unb3 looting3 fireasc2 knock2 mending
Bow Name Cessna A-37 Dragonfly enchants power5 unb3 flame punch2 infinity mending
Diamond Helmet Name Umbrella Hat enchants Prot4 unb3 aquaaff resp3 mending
Diamond chestplate name Plackart enchants prot4 unb3 thorns3 mending
Diamond Leggings name Cuisses enchants prot4 unb3 mending

Here goes an hour's worth of typing:
As a new player finishes the spawn tunnel, there does not appear to be a clear instruction on what to do. There should be a sign at the exit of spawn tunnel using the randomtp plugin to teleport randomly in outlands to begin survival/village building. If no player is online or willing to help the newly-joined, they really dont have a clue on how to proceed except get lost in qualia. Randomtp should help that and give new players an easy way into the outlands. I found /essentials:help vcmod and it showed /randomwarp being a command yet it doesnt work; rtp should fill this void

In spawn tunnel perhaps remove notice of apartments in qualia to prevent confusion
At end of spawn tunnel include signs like Market /warp m, Information /warp info, Teleport to the outlands and start a village /rtp, Minigames /warp vcgames, qualia village /warp qualia
Replace warp amusementpark at old market to warp vcgames
Add perms for everyone to use /warp vcgames

Add a kit just for food, maybe 10 steak- especially helpful for new players. Cooldown of an hour or so. Kit starter gives unwanted wooden tools and not enough food.
Update server information book removing stps, griswold, /sbp and /ma
Make voting and parliament clearly different:

/parliament to check out parliament votes/verdicts
Revise /outlands removing update notice

Revise /help. The current is a maze to manuever and there are tons of subcommands...make it simpler by doing /?

As far as server difficulty, if one has essentially beaten the game and has the best equipment one can acquire, there is not a practical change which can increase the difficulty of the playing experience. There is no way in survival to make it harder for the better equipped while easier on the newbies- it's the other way around. Scrolls are a general annoyance to experienced players on the server, not to mention to new players. I cannot see a modification that could possibly be acceptable besides removing it entirely.
If anything should be added to enhance entertainment, it's minigames. A mob arena which could progressively get tougher, spleef and skyblock are several examples I had in mind. This isn't really a modification of the survival/outlands experience; see my point above.
Good gear which experienced players of the server have keeps people from dying...if someone has an issue with it just take it off. *cough..shadow..cough*
