I’ve stated over and over here, to my remembrance I killed Kale twice for gear and heads and twice since they were coming back to attack me. I had a spawn close for quick access for the one time I planned to attack. I killed twice because I was also getting their friend before leaving and Kale was still attacking. Give up the case detective Yagami, this one’s probably a bust.

Having a /home set somewhere near a new player is not against the rules. Using /tpa to kill a new player is.

He used teleporting to pvp her despite her being a new player. That clearly violates rule #13, does it not? Because she joined in April and was tp-killed over and over by CRH 3 days later.
Also, if CRH had a case here, wouldn't he be arguing it instead of trying to hide the fact that he doesn't? Does regurgitating some unoriginal joke and trying to act tough while hoping someone else will jump in and defend him seem like something a confident man with a clear conscience would do?

I didn’t break any rules. I had a home set nearby which does not fall under the teleporting combat rules. I didn’t follow you to kill you all those times, after the first couple to get your head and gear you were coming at me so yes I killed you more.

Reporting me for something months after is takes place because you didn’t win a recent report against me I see.  I was told that a staff member said players were only not allowed to TP kill new players, which I did not do since I found you myself (along with you being a returning player on a new account). You were far from defenseless with netherite armor. I want to think that you came back multiple times after being killed with nothing to try and fight more but I honestly can’t remember seeing as this incident occluded several months ago.  Being killed a couple times for your head and then a couple more because you kept returning where I was still fighting. Not sure how you were the one made uncomfortable in chat when you were throwing curses at me.

Staff would've trusted you anyway. What seems more likely to me is you were trying to manipulate the situation to give yourself leverage and power over me. If you're insecure, if you have issues, it's fine to take time out of your life to help yourself through them. But letting them influence your actions in ways that hurt other people is childish.
For the sake of keeping this post on track, I won't keep engaging in the manifestations of your troubled psyche that you leave here. There's a legitimate discussion here that I'm willing to work around your interruptions, and I hope others are able to do the same.

Staff specifically told me they needed to see you doing the glitch to do anything about it. Stop thinking you're some Light Yagami ace detective and take the loss.

I would still like it to be known that I wasn't aware of a fighting pact or agreement. It was clear that I entrusted crh to lead me to an area. I still feel wronged and, that this isn't outmarting because there wasn't any special moves or attack that would make it a fair game. This attack was out of pure malicious intent, like I said before if my head was what he wanted I would have given it. My current balance doesn't affect this situation, I only once have been killed by crh and since then he was been helpful so there was no reason to not trust him. I ask other players for help all the time.

As previously stated, no rules were broke. You do not need a fighting pact or agreement to fight someone in a pvp zone. I have absolutely no idea what you mean by this not being outsmarting because "there wasn't any special moves or attack that would make it a fair game." It does not matter the intent of my attack, it was legal if it was "malicious" or not.

Hi Kale, thanks for taking the time to write this. Could you let us know how long you've been playing VillageCraft?

I have been playing since 2016, stopped for years then joined back up in mid? to late? april 2022, when I first joined crh tp to me and killed me for my head and took everything I had before my village got protected. I also at that time asked for my stuff back and never got it. I then changed dynmaps to hide since then. (hope this answers)

Just for clarification I did not tp to you to kill you, I had simply found you.

If I was acting "unphased," it was to make sure you glitched again while staff were watching so they had proof and knew how you got through the rest of the base.

Personally, I feel like Kale should at least get their stuff back here. In response to Kale asking about finding more coins for the event, CRH intentionally lied to them about coins in a chest in a pvp-on arena, led them to said chest, and then killed them immediately after they opened it. Whether it's literally against the rules or not, CRH admitted on Discord that he intentionally tricked them into this to get their items. From what I know CRH has been friendly with Kale in the past meaning there was no reason for them to distrust him when they asked for help. Kale deserves to have their items replaced.

If you feel Kale deserves to have their items replaced, help them get some (not like they need help with 1mil+ in their account). I didn't break any rules so other players can happily replace their items but staff have no reason to, and certainly have no reason to charge me for replacements.

I led you to an area that has a large banner declaring it to be a pvp ON zone. As for rule 17, I did not break an agreement, and a note in rule 17 states "does not include outsmarting people in regular gameplay."

I would hardly call being constantly pestered to return the item as being 'consulted' by waffles. I would've preferred this be sorted out in game as well, but as you can see I didn't make that choice.

Another reason as to why I believe staff wouldn't and don't enforce these kinds of pvp rules in an area with pvp on since some can be changed on a whim, some can be jokes, and some can be disregarded. I believe that the only punishment for this could be from the owners of the village and should be given to both me and waffles since we both broke the village pvp rules.

I killed you because you were attacking me. At the time, there was a sign at Ambrose's rule board that stated all pvp needed to have consent from both parties. You violated the rules by attempting to kill me when I had not given consent. You broke a village rule and I did so in turn, however I am now wishing I had not returned what I did. However I don't think that any of that even matters because I don't believe those village rules can be enforced by staff. Pvp was turned on in the village, why would some sign saying that pvp is ONLY allowed in this pvp on area if there is consent and that all pvp is no keeps, matter? To my knowledge, staff don't enforce village rules unless they are already part of existing rules, such as no griefing allowed. Would a player be punished if they randomly stumbled upon Ambrose without knowledge that they weren't suppose to kill in a pvp on area? We both broke silly player made pvp rules in a pvp on area so I don't think any harm was done.

It was at Crystal Hollow, Dipjack, some others, and I were wandering around the village when I was somehow attacked by him and possibly others. I think they were talking about a glitch or some way that allowed someone to attack in a village. I asked them how but they wouldn't tell, best chance to find out what actually happened would be for someone else to ask them. I know I wasn't attacked by mobs because it was night and I was set on fire. He/they continued attacking to I took an enchanted golden apple to survive and ran away (which if possible I would like reimbursement on).

Dipjack and some others apparently found a way to attack inside a village. They attacked me, I don't want them reprimanded, I'm just wondering if they found some new glitch or something that needs patched.
