Ban/Punishment Appeals / Re: RagsDeeboo Ban Appeal.
« on: 8 February 2018, 01:46:43 AM »
From what I have gathered, the chests rags is talking about were not originally his. They belonged to Kylie in her pumpkin farm. Are we completely sure that the shulker boxes were originally his? Also, even if it is found out that rags 100% did this, the duplications were not very recent, but I do believe a temp ban is in order of maybe about a month or so in length. But a permanent ban considering he has never broken the rules before seems harsh and more of a hurt to the server then a help. The server does not have an unlimited amount of players like rags who are willing to be active players on this server and banning someone permanently on a server which gets smaller each year on a game which becomes less popular every year for someone's first and only offence seems counter productive to the server.

General Discussion / Re: Prime Minister's Questions [Gere]
« on: 26 January 2018, 08:00:05 PM »
Is the prime minister aware of the fact that two necessary reforms, put up after a case of Partisan infighting was shot down by her party not out of dislike for the bill(The Prime minister admitted she would advocate for putting a similar bi-partisan bill up on a later date) but because of her own petty squabbles with the other parties in the chamber
Perhaps if a member of my party was not attacked a mere two days before the bill was proposed, we would have agreed to it. In fact, upon discussion with MP Jack Aubry, the victim in question, we both agreed that had the attack not occurred, this would be a great bill for Gere. However, the timing of the bill was simply too coincidental to garner our support. Perhaps if you think about the consequences of your actions in the future, you won't suffer from them.

and that the Peoples party, and many Seatownian MP's previously in favor of the bill, changed their position to match that of the prime minister?
Katkatdaddy changed her position due to a three-line whip in my party. She would face discipline otherwise. Presumably, the reason that MP RagsDeeBoo changed his vote is because he was unaware of the Conservative Violence against the Progressive Party.

This is no more disheartening than the fact that the second bill would allow MP's to be punished for allowing member villages of the Gerelskovian Empire to swear loyalty to a party or politician over the King or Gerelskovy was also pushed to be discussed on a later date by the Prime minister and this very method which would have been outlawed by this second bill was used to curtail Seatownian MP's, with more loyalty to the Prime minister than to Gerelskovy as a whole to put down a much needed reform.
The second bill had the support of the Progressives, we simply wanted some terms of it changed. Maybe if you presented it before it was signed, like every single other MP has done in the past, then the amendments could have been made then and there, and it would be passed right now. It isn't our fault that you signed a bill premature to proposing it, further proving you have NO interest in amendments or cooperation with others.

This action makes the Prime Minister, and the Peoples Party look less concerned with necessary reform to Gerelskovy, and more concerned with the advancement of their party and previous rivalries with the opposition.
All this criticism, coming from the assailant that has been attacking Progressive Party Members. You should count your blessings that the bill was knocked down, because we'd be charging you for crimes in the name of a political party had it passed.

Number one, the killing of Jack Aubry could hardly be called an "Assassination" if anything, it was some trolly killing in the outlands where the player in question was allowed to get his items back. Calling it an assassination and using it as justification to stop a bill which had the purpose of stopping actual political persecution in the future to safeguard the republic of Gere is incredibly dishonest and does nothing for you. All it does is further demonstrate the inability of your party to act democratically and look out for the democratic nature of Gerelskovy over your own ulterior partisan motives.

Why is the Prime Minister involved in the renovation of the capitol placing Gerelskovy into deeper deficit instead of focusing on the development of Undeveloped newly acquired colonial territories?
