Ako and Air have been temporarily banning people on the forums for posts on the appeal forum we made BEFORE they starting upholding the guidelines.  That's illegal in the US!  It was written in the Constitution.

I ask that you clear Nickonator of all charges concerning me (AKA Griefing me, Being a Douche to me, Spawn-Killing me, etc.).  I FORGIVE HIM FOR THOSE, BUT I DO WANT HIM TO KNOW THAT IT'S NOT COURTEOUS AND/OR NICE TO SPAWN-KILL A PLAYER LIVING IN THE OUTLANDS.  IT IS WRONG, AND YOU DON'T NEED TO ADD TO THEIR SUFFERING.

I'm not asking for you to clear him of ALL charges, just the ones where he committed crimes against me.

PS: You delete this, I will be seriously pissed.  I was involved (Victim) in the incident which got him banned, so I have a right to post in this thread.

You're probably suffering from a rare (Not really ) glitch where your character info and such are snapped back to the previous session's login state.  Basically:

Session 1: Login at point 1 with inventory loadout 1, Logout at point 2 with loadout 2
Session 2: Login at point 2 with loadout 2, glitch is set in motion, Logout at point 3 with loadout 3
Session 3: Login at point 2 with loadout 2, Logout at point 4 with loadout 4
Session 4: Login at point 2 with loadout 2, Logout at point 5 with loadout 5
Session 5: Login at point 2 with loadout 2, Logout at point 6 with loadout 6

And so on and so forth.

My friends stopped playing the server for a while and came back that day, the reason why I came back then and not before was because they were not my friends before.  But anyways, why the hell does the server have pvp if you can't attack anyone or they get butt hurt that you are attacking them in a PVP AREA.  I was also using a thing that is similar to aimbot, but I was clicking myself. You're little nocheat either means I am a god at clicking, or it is pretty fuckin' stupid.  When you banned me you made it say "likes dick". That is not douchey at all right? I assumed you were killing me to help, not actually as an order because you could of just jailed me anyway, because i'm pretty sure it's a rule that you can pvp in those areas you are allowed to do so.  I think you are just butt hurt I wouldn't stop attacking and was damaging your armor possibly.  But yes I went on my alt to ask why you jailed me, because there is no rule stating you CANNOT pvp.

Just because there's PvP in certain areas like the Outlands doesn't mean you should cut down all the people who live in the Outlands.  And Spawn Killing is actually a form of griefing.  That's both Doucheness AND Griefing (Spawn Killing)

You broke into my house as well, via the wall.  And the glowstone.  Add Griefing (Destruction) to the list of charges!

Y'know, there are certain areas where PvP is encouraged, and places where it's discouraged if used to make poor people in the Outlands cry.

By the way, I moved out of that place and gave it to a noob, who griefed it herself to get attention.  It's no longer there, and is now replaced with a grove of trees.

And so began my long chain of moving in and moving out of places.

CJ, if Nick has only committed crimes against me, I ask you to please clear Nick of all charges.  I don't know why, but I feel that it's right.

You people DO realize that:
1. If he chooses to go along with the contract, you can set the amount of "Community Service Points" he needs in order to get permission nodes back, and the amount given when a job is complete.  It just needs to be REASONABLE.
2. You can give him jobs for ANYTHING (Including rebuilding buildings he griefed, mining for diamonds in order to replace things he stole from others and lost/destroyed.
3. This is a chance to redeem himself and hopefully make up for what he's done in the past.
4. If he DOES screw you over, you can still permaban him for it.  He is not immune from the law should the contract take effect.

This contract was written as a last resort step for "convicts" to redeem themselves, before the convict would have to be banned to keep the peace.

Rain your not the majority and its just virtual (and your $20 that you keep saying you will give has gotten old especially after you annoyed pup into donating for you so you could get the [D] tag). I would love to disable end spawners and then reset the balance and all money earned unfairly would be removed, and the people that like to play this server would continue to play. If your playing just to get cash your in the wrong mindset as first its not real and second one error could destroy it all.

By the way, do I have the right to temporarily and/or permanently transfer my donation benefits between people?  Like, say transfer the 50 cents I paid for Sir, who is now gone, to me?  If so, I want to transfer the benefits back to me.  I don't think Rainy deserves it. XD And Sir's gone, so it was given to him for nothing.

Yes, no clientside mod is required, but I was close to not being able to submit this, because I found the Backpack Mod and it required a client side mod, so I searched for Bukkit equivalents.  Good thing I found this.  Very useful for moving to other places.

Ako, I have a proposition:

The Staff's Side of the Contract:
The Staff will convert Troll's Permaban into a 7 Day Tempban
Troll's Side of the Contract:
All Property Goes to The Staff (Includes Items, excludes property Troll co-owns.  In this case, Troll may not use/live on/take from/set foot on the property until certain conditions have been met.  He may have his own property after the 7 Day ban, but must gather/craft/build it himself, and it must be gathered/crafted/built after the 7 Day ban.)
Temporary Ban for 7 Days, in order to repossess property/items owned by Troll
He temporarily has his permission nodes set to a specific channel that only gives him very basic permission nodes AKA no use of Gods, Showcase, Backpack (If added in), etc.  Only basics like Economy, Teleport (Maybe 7 second delays, longer wait periods, etc.), etc.
Economy: All of Troll's money is removed and given to The Staff to split up as they see fit.  In addition, Troll will be (Insert Suitable Number Here) dollars in debt, and will have to work on his own or for others in order to clear up his debt and finally be able to buy things from other players.
Troll will have to obtain (Insert Suitable Number Here) Community Service Points from Admins by doing Community Service work for them.  Each job will yield a suitable amount of points, proportional to the amount of work done.  When (Insert Suitable Percentage Here) of the CSP has been earned, he will be allowed to once again use/live on/take from/set foot on his property that remains, and he is allowed to use Showcase again.  After he has earned ALL of the CSP needed, he will be restored to his previous title (If he was a Gold VIP, he would once again be a Gold VIP, etc.), however the debt that's left will remain in place, which means he must work it off, and the confiscated property will not be returned to him.

There will be serious consequences if either party refuses to carry out their side of the contract as specified, as listed below:

Definition of Troll refuses to carry out his side of the contract: He commits any crime in-game, petty or otherwise, and if petty, does not make up for it almost immediately after the crime is discovered to be his, or earlier.  This DOES NOT apply to him refusing to do Community Service.  It is his choice to carry out Community Service at his pace or not at all.  He is welcome to refuse to do Community Service (Or refuse to pay off his debt), and is welcome to remain restricted to a very small amount of permission nodes by doing so.  Consider it extra payment that was unnecessary.

Consequences for Troll should he refuse to abide by the laws of the contract: Permabanned, may or may not have an appeal, depends on severity of crime.  If petty/semi-petty, he is allowed to appeal.  If a felony is committed, no appeal is granted unless there is evidence he did not commit the felony in question.  If Terrorism is committed, no appeals, period.

Definition of The Staff refusing to carry out their side of the contract: They refuse to unban Troll (Permanent or Temporary) after accepting and being bound to the contract in order to allow him to repay his debt to the server, or in any way refuse to allow Troll to carry out his side of the contract.  This includes, but is not limited to: Not offering any Community Service jobs, or offering CS jobs on occasion, not giving any payment or petty payment for a CS job, refusing to give certain permissions to him such as Teleport (May alter the wait and delay values some) and Economy (So he can sell things to clear up his debt), and refusing to restore his permissions upon obtaining all CS points.  This DOES NOT apply to the banning of Troll for crimes committed against the community after the 7 Day Tempban.

Consequences for The Staff should they refuse to abide by the laws of the contract: Troll is free of all consequences of the charges against him, however his next offense will result in him breaking the contract, and a Permaban, which may or may not be appealed, depending on the criteria detailed in the Troll's Consequences section.  If The Staff refuses to carry out this part of the contract (IE refuses to free Troll of all consequences should they break the contract), action will be taken, and the contract will be carried out by any means necessary.

These consequences are set to protect both parties from unlawful actions made by the other party.  The contract must be carried out as soon as The Staff receives word from me to carry out the contract.  In addition to both parties accepting the contract, I will have to accept the terms of the contract as well in order for the contract to take effect.  If changes are made to the contract, all other parties must review and accept the revised contract in order for the contract to take effect.

You may revise the contract and post the revised edition here.  Do you accept the terms of the contract as described in this post?

I wish we really didn't have to do this, but we could make the 7 gods of Viridian City (I think.  I don't remember anymore, because my computer sucks! DX) be our gods:

Aida, God of Fire
Flash, God of Water
Dakeeper, God of Air (and Farts <.<)
Blast, God of Earth
Airborne, God of Metal
Pupdude, God of Ether/Void
Tekman, God of Hell/Torture/The Nether
*Rainy, God of Turtles

*Depends on if you consider him to be a valid "god" and if he is permanently banned or not.  He said he was permabanned by admins.

This is just a suggestion, and we could add a fake tutorial god (Bob, God of Tutorials) for the purpose of learning about the plugin, but hopefully finding a way to make it so Bob can't be worshiped.

Yeah, I read some of the other threads about the gods changes.

I still think there needs to be gods that actually work separate from each other.  Because AFAIK, the current gods are like the Eight Divines/Nine Divines/Greek Pantheon/Roman Pantheon.  They all just rule over an element.  No separate ideologies.

Maybe the selectable gods could be the Daedric Princes (and Princesses ).

There's got to be a plugin for that.  (There's got to be an app for that)
