I found the first few days hard on VC cos I had no money, no home,no friends or no job. I don't want that for new players so i would like to start the NPS or the New Player Scheme where they come live in my village Charles town and work a little for me. They get a home and a job and a chance to get on their feet and merge into the game before they set off on their own. It's not just an independent thing. I want admin or mods to sponsor or encourage it and certify it. I want it to be like an introduction to VC. Other villages can advertise places so the new guys can move on. Its a win win situation for my village, other villages and the server.
Can i get a Parliament vote for this.
