Appeal for PengBunny - Banned for 1 Day

Alright so I was starting to make an Obsidian Generator cause I needed obsidian for my tower, when I got warnings from the server ( I don't know if it's an actual admin, since they don't tell me ) and tell me not to make one.. So at first I thought that was bullshit and made one anyways, still no admin came on to reassure me that it was them using the [Server] shout. After I make one I start to mine some of the obsidian and I got banned for one day. I think this is the MOST bullshit reason to get banned. I wouldn't have made it if an admin actually came on the server and told me not to make it, or if the [Server] user told me who they were in a private message or something..
I really hope I can come back before this ban because I need to get to work on my tower, and I will remove the Obsidian Generator if you are not allowed to make one.

And no, I for one will not be removing your tempban. Not after your little "I'm proceeding anyway" comment when I repeatedly told you that they were not allowed.

I would've stopped making it. But you had to ban me, what gets me is that you actually ignored what I said and didn't even come on the server.

Well when Draylynn, was here she had access to the [Server] shout ( We didn't know she was a host at the time ) so uh yeah, could have been anybody.. Just saying.

"Could have been abybody" invalid because only a few people have access to the panel and all that complicated things that I have seen many times before (used to a server)

[Server] is either me, air, jan, or rune. All legit. Dray wouldn't act as a mod on the console about an obsidian generator.
To be fair, for future occurances, the person on the server should ID themselves. But you shouldn't have ignored the warning.

Compromise:
Since you ignored the warning, but since rune didn't ID himself, I'll halve the tempban since you agreed to remove the generator.
