No, you have to pick from the ones on BukkitDev, and even then not all are available. They have their own database for plugins you can install

I would like to be staff. I could deal with griefing, stealing, illegal killing, etc. I would play as much as I could.

I say mcprohosting because I have used it loads of times and it works well and cheap prices plus good amount of ram.
