Because im a $5 donator i can only set 3 homes when i belong to 5 Villages I think Village memebr should have the abillty to /warp or /teleport to there own villages (whether owner,co-owner or not)

This is impossible. We cannot keep track of the people that get added to villages and then modify their permissions individually so they can warp there. You can either donate $15 more to get gold VIP which gives you 5 homes or you can get Rei's Minimap and set markers and then walk there. There is a HUGE railway infrastructure for a reason, you can use that or You can simply ask another member of the village for a /tpa.

Well, whenever I'm online, I'm happy to tp people to villages.
However, if village owners want, they can get warp signs for 15k in the market.

Secondly, wouldn't it be possible to set up private warps to villages and with GroupManager just give owners of the village access to those warps. I'm pretty sure that you can give permissions to people as well as groups with

I see where you are coming from though, about it being a hassle to set up and keep maintained, but I think you could use the custom commands plugin you have to create a simpler command to add village members which would both add them to the village, and give them permissions to the warp for that village. I haven't personally played with the custom commands though so this might not be possible...

Again, not sure if I was supposed to post this here, but just thought I would bring it up as it is relevant to the topic!

But, the workload of maintaining a list of private warps for individual owners of individual villages is pretty cumbersome.

You can purchase ads in Qualia and add a warp sign to them.
