So, my brand-new, specced out iBuyPower Revolt got hacked today and everything, EVERYTHING was erased. Completely gone. FINALLY got Win8 to reinstall and now getting drivers and whatnot. Won't be on VC for a day or so until it is all done. All those Steam games... so much downloading...

Oh, and I cannot get certain drivers to reinstall as faggy windows doesn't recognize the devices right now, so any help would be much appreciated.

So far it seems just Intel Rapid Start tech, which means my 64GB SSD boost drive isnt going to work, and my CIR driver won't install, as Win won't recognize its existence. Fucker... (not you, Win and computers in general). I am not going to tear my box apart, remove my CIR and put it back in, so I guess I will live w/o CIR, but my rapid start?

I already have the drivers downloaded, they will not install.

Linux Mint 15? If your system is that broken, it might be worth a shot. Safer for banking, safer against malware/etc. I think steam and games work well on it .. not sure tho....
