end of stream error plz help

so for the past couple hours while ive been playing on the server, ive had to mine blocks more than once to make them disappear and it would occasionally just not let me open chests and then disconnect me saying end of stream, that was just at the start... it has now got to the point where as soon as i relog it disconnects me after 10-20 seconds. i dont know if it my internet because that was on and off earlier today but if anyone has any other ideas on what it could be or how i can fix it please tell me

the block and chest thing is different to the end of stream .
