Random Death When Not In Game Glitch

I left the server to the minecraft screen to go do stuff and i came back and it said i died. I lost about 3 stacks of stone bricks 1/2 a stack of redstone and some rails and random stuff and my unbreaking 3 diamond pick and some brewing stuff! can some admin help!

Just a thought... Were you near any players at the time you left? If so was it PvP enabled area? If so its your fault and I don't think the staff will give your staff back because you died because of PvP. If you were in no PvP area then its 100% a glitch.

I think there will be logs of what happened, but you will have to tell us the time (and time zone) of when you logged out safely.

i was in a village called anville with no pvp and i dont know what time but it was probably about 10 o clock mabye?

This happens to me a lot, I think it's something to do with the anti-pvp logging plugin.
Your NPC is left when you haven't even been pvp'ing and it's killed either by a player or a mob.

Probably mob, since I already asked if he was near any players and if he was in a PvP zone. Both negative.

no if someone kills ur npc then it says they die when they join,  and it did not as this.

I think it was, yesterday or sunday, but you NPC spawned and got killed in PvP

anyhow NPC dont spawn when theres mobs nearby making me look foolish. NPC dont spawn when the person in in a No PvP area

I think Mason meant the death screen had showed up on his computer, not in chat. If that is the case what will have happened is that he had died and instead of respawning he exited to the main menu.
