Plugin Idea: MCLotto

I believe that a lotto program will be great for this server. Without a casino, we are basically keeping our money unless we buy wood or wool. The lottery is the next big thing right after the casino in the gambling business. This way we have a fun way to make money or lose money. If this is added you can actually say, "May the odds be ever in your favor."  ;)
