[FTB] Capture the Flag - Villagecraft event
« on: 12 May 2014, 04:17:50 PM »
This Event is being Postponed until more players sign up with working feed the beast clients, and times are confirmed

Please note this is FEED THE BEAST. Not regular minecraft.

Hello, me Luis and Akomine have planned out a event to be done. Much like UHC but for Feed the beast and it's capture the flag. The world will be bordered and team Red, and Blue will be on each sides. The team leader will have a block which will represent the team, and it's your job to capture the other teams block and bring it home.

There will be 3 lives.

I am hoping to get at least 4 players on each team. The players will be randomized on what team they go on.

If you wish to record this for youtube or on twitch. Please feel free to do so. Just please leave a link to the forum and server.

Sign up for the event here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1r76lfrRT1PEZLsjPoRbPe-HUt-LHSJ18wObpSMD-8KQ/viewform?usp=send_form

The rules are:
Do not leave the ring. There is a ring around the outside. But if you get outside from by wasting away your time breaking through the glass, you will be punished. We will find a way to punish you.

You can only team with your own team. Blue members cannot help red.

Hope to see you there.

For new people, we are using the direwolf20 mod pack. The ip is: ftb.villagecraft-server.com

For more information and how to set it up: http://www.villagecraft-server.com/forum/index.php?topic=2857.0

If you have any further more questions, please post them below! : D

I'd like to play.   Best times for me are 8pm to 10pm PST during the week.

I like cheese. I like to put it in my mouth. On my nipples. On my belly. On my ass. On my arms. On my fingers. On my face. On my scalp. On my toes. On my soles. On my legs. On my groin. On my dick.

So, a 4v4 ctf game?

Swatted away by the world, I was atop an incredibly thin needle.
I was using the tips of my fingers to balance,
But it wasn’t until they touched you that I learned I wasn’t alone;
That alone bestowed upon me these crooked wings.
“What do you want to accomplish between life and death,” I asked,
But all you did was laugh, like an angel.
Weaving through the spaces of the hordes of buildings burning in the summer heat,
We’ll eventually descend, pulling that trigger at the very end.
And winter will cover everything.

Exactly that! : D Basicly, do what you want, just your flag can't leave the overworld.

There should be time to set up a base

I like the idea of setup time, but it doesn't need to be too long, like 10 mins max. You can have a few base defenders adding on to the base after the round starts remember

I'm happy to add ideas and play, but I'm really short on free time right now.

I am probably going to run this event sometime in the Half Term, seeing that seems convenient for most.
