Hello, I am looking for someone to build me a pumpkin farm. I would like an automatic, WORKING, big pumpkin farm with pumpkins starting at y:62, going up to y:256, with working hoppers and chests. I would also like the farm done ASAP, but take your time, this is a big project. I will see how much the builder can get done using 380k, and then you will use money that I will pay off once the farm is done. The first profits I earn will cover the additional cost and a payment of 80k on top of that. Here is the total that I am giving.

380,000 (for supplies)
+cost of additional supplies, that will be paid off once the pumpkin farm is done
