State what you would like to happen to your case and why (pardoned/forgiven/etc): I realized that using alternate accounts just to make someone feel bad was a douchey thing to do and that its going to make people feel bad about themselves. I have realized that after the things people have done to themselves about being made fun of its no joking matter. I was just hoping that Livid can accept my apology and the staff can realize that i have changed. So last regards or a new beginning whichever verdict is chosen. Sorry livid and staff i truly am.

um i say no,  this problem comes up a lot with you. getting banned, appealing, getting banned, appealing and now we are back at banned.  you've already have had two last chances from what i remember, i don't think you should get another one.

I have access to so many account because i know a guy that sold them for 2$ a piece and they were legit you could migrate them and everything. ALso i know that ive had two last chances but i know there are other people who have had the same problem ive had with being banned and wanting to come back and i was just hoping i could come back.

If they were selling them at $2 each then they will have been stolen accounts, not legit ones. I'd say no, but whatever the other staff say

Numerous? I had one LAST chance. I've had many chances, warnings and punishments but only one last chance where I was permanently banned.
Since then I have actually kept true to what I said in my appeal. I don't see you doing the same.

Based on a history of grief, harassment, among other things, as well as apparently no support from any staff members to unban you, you're remaining banned.
Dissenting staff can reply to this if they so desire.
