I highly doubt this. Allow me to explain why.
Chirpa is not as stupid as we think, but he is easy to predict. I know already what he was trying to do! His plan, from what I can tell, is to come on acting like a new person. However, if we believe him, its just falling into his trap. When we all think he is better, he is obviously going to go back to his old self and do something idiotic. I know Chirpa well, from before he started acting dumb. And this seems like something he would EXACTLY do. You can do what you want, but if things go wrong, don't say I didn't warn you. He may comment that he has changed, he wont greif again, blah blah blah. Plus, ban evasion is a rule that if broken is punishable by perm ban again.
