Use your ingame username when making accounts

Due to the election thing and tampering, use your ingame username when making an account. If it isn't recognized, we will reject your request to create an account. This is only valid while the election is going on, and you can change your display name anyway, we usually accept all usernames. Octo will be checking the usernames for new account requests.
