New CM Election?

Am I allowed to start the nomination process for the new CM election myself or does staff have to do it? It's past time, and since another wave of players are back to play it's a good time to change it up again.

Also, should credit Sax for recommending this first :)

Yes, please, go right ahead! You can use the format of the previous one to do this one to make things easy
