custom enchants

custom enchant plugins, they add stuff like "jump" would be jump boost. they are usually very configurable and the enchants are fair to ther game and mostly maintain the vanilla feel.
one of the plugins:
different plugins for custom enchants work different ways, and they can be configured on
how the enchants are obtained
what enchants are allowed
so if an enchant doesn't have the vanilla feel it can simply be disabled.

I'm open to something like this. Adding stuff that isn't necessarily vanilla like the drug plugin or something like this to make the server more unique from other areas definitely gots my approval. Thumbs up.
