Alright, let's try a different approach.
As you may or may not know, I've written a series of short stories, some told here on our very discord, about my workplace into a book called "Little Job of Horrors". Now that the stories are completed (and have been edited by our very own Mali, thank you again), I've one last thing to tackle: The cover art.
There's one fatal issue here, though. I can't do art.
So, as a solution to the problem, I'd like to hold us a little contest. Make a little reply here (or notify me through discord), and I'll send you the two big stories you'll need to nail a picture in a text file (believe me, the two will be enough) on discord. I'll also send you an actual and accurate picture of the questionable meatcutting counter I stand at all weekend long for even more inspiration.
Whoever makes a fitting picture that knocks my socks off (and hopefully a good few of the other's, too) will get the honor of having their cover art be on the book, and (if I can arrange it, this really is my first attempt at a book, let alone publishing it) will get a copy of the book sent by mail (Currently, I'm planning on paperback through Amazon. It's a work in progress).
We're aiming at a pretty much 12+ age range here, so you can get a little gross, disturbing, or anxiety-educing , but don't go too crazy.
But have fun!
