My house has been taken over
« on: 20 January 2013, 08:20:06 AM »
I made a house yesterday within a collection of other houses. I was asked to visit the settlement and was given permission to build my first home on a hill. I built it and went offline. I came on today to find the locks on the doors and chest removed and the plot claimed so i cannot build or edit anymore. This server seems like a very friendly community but i hope this incident doesn't keep me from playing. Please can i get a response quick cos i wanna build on my house.

What is the name of the village?

Regular players cannot remove other players' lockettes, and staff will only do so due to 2 month+ inactivity, incidents of grief, or if a player is kicked from a village by the owner.

We'll certainly look into this - just need a bit more information. :)

I've looked into this.

Probably just an oversight on adding a village member to a new village.

Andy will talk to JuliusGrimes when he logs on. Please keep this thread open for a bit just in case there are further issues.

Thanks for the quick response, Rune. I am going to be busy for most of the day.

As for you, Andy, we hope you stick around and find a home here at VC!

Okay, it seems like this was taken care of in a timely, civil manner. Good, good.

Andy, if another issue arises, or if you need to continue this case, either make another report with new information (and link this case of course) or talk to me in-game so I can unlock this one.
