Joshtimasprime used lava to kill me and miner094 numerous times in a pvp off area

Im sorry I cant remember when, but it was in josh's village ( Cozy Cottages). He also killed Rexey and I in a lava trap in cozy cottages in a place he called the Batcave.

If I took you to Cozy Cottages could you tell me where he placed the lava?

Okay well I talked to Joshtimasprime, he has been told that if he kills someone in non-PVP one more time he's banned.
He already has a "last chance" where if he breaks any rules he will be banned--again.
