TP Glitch

So I tped home to get some items, and started suffocating, I logged out, logged back in and died, I used /back and wasn't in a wall, all my items were gone, inludin full diamond armour (Enchanted) diamond tools, and other various things.
This happened at around 13:10pm GMT
I would appreciate if my items could be refunded, as I really don't want to have to pay for the items again.

Note to everyone: /scs is bugged out again. Avoid using showcases as much as possible.
